About this Event

Please join us for our CSC Calgary October Lunch meeting.

Low Slope Metal Roofing and Fire Issues with SBS Roofing
.

The presentation will focus on:

Design issues with low slope metal roofs.
As an industry leader Flynn has seen an increasing number of metal roofing specifications that do not comply with the manufacturer's or ARCA's minimum slope requirements. Why do we keep specifying metal roofs that do not meet the basic requirements?
  • How to easily rectify this problem without changing the slope.
  • Solutions that offer up to double the life expectancy, approximately 50% higher effective R-value, and more colour options for virtually the same cost.
Fire issues with SBS roofing.
How SBS roofing specifications can contribute to fire damage and buildings burning down.
  • Easy solutions to address the issues.
