Design issues with low slope metal roofs.
As an industry leader Flynn has seen an increasing number of metal roofing specifications that do not comply with the manufacturer's or ARCA's minimum slope requirements. Why do we keep specifying metal roofs that do not meet the basic requirements?
  • How to easily rectify this problem without changing the slope.

  • Washrooms are open. Sanitizer is available in the lobby so people can wash their hands, and then sanitize in the lobby after using the washrooms
