Jordan T. Crone is a partner and the head of the Construction Law Group at Gowling WLG's Calgary office. With expertise in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships, Jordan advises owners, developers, contractors, architects, and engineers on managing risks throughout project lifecycles. He focuses on litigation and dispute avoidance, offering practical, cost-effective solutions to prevent formal disputes. Jordan has been a leader and key contributor with respect to the implementation and learning opportunities surrounding Alberta’s new Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act.
