an industry we are generally making long term commitments, and in an
uncertain and rapidly changing world this is becoming more of a challenge
every week.
Bill
Black will review the state of things around us and share a look through a
construction industry lens at the Federal, Provincial, Municipal, and
International influences, and any other big issues in play to see how they
are impacting our industry and what is being done about them.
Bills
construction career spans 44 years starting as a trainee Quantity Surveyor
1981 in Edinburgh to moving to Canada in 1991 and working a number of
different role in the industry before assuming the CCA position in 2018.
He
has a passion for the design and construction industry and is committed to
challenging the status quo in all its forms using his characteristic
frankness and humour to create healthy dialogue that can unlock potential
for greater results.
